Requesting a class created in Oracle Apex

Need a new workspace in Apex?

To have a workspace created for a class, you will need to email bushelp@vcu.edu. 

Be sure to include the following information when creating the ticket to avoid delays in processing:

• Course info(ex. INFO364-001)
• Class list including the name of the student, eID of the student, and vnumber in an excel spreadsheet.
• list of groups(if applicable) - Please note, when submitting groups, be sure to make the group names unique, as Schema names can not be duplicated. If a duplicate name is found we will reach out for an alternative. 

We will email you a spreadsheet back including the information we entered during the creation of the workspace.
