Position Establishment Request
https://vcu.jotform.com/team/human-resources/position-establishment-request
VCU HR has partnered with Wonderbotz, a business automation company, to create solutions that will help merge both the human and machine elements of our internal processes.
The purpose of this specific form is to guide departments through the initial establishment of position numbers for Faculty, Graduate Teaching Assistants (non-pooled), Hourly and University/Academic Professional hires.
It is important to note that the form is dynamic and will adjust based on the selected Employee Class. If a required field is missed, the form will not allow you to proceed.
Position establishment requests will be processed twice a day at 10am and 2pm. Once the position has been established in Banner, the requester will receive an email notifying them of a successful establishment, which will include the position number and associated position information.
If the position was not able to be established with the information provided the requester will receive an email with a link to update the request.
