Reset Applicant Password

The Talent career site is connected to VCU's single-sign on (CAS), which will sign employees in automatically via their eID and password. However, VCU employees need to sign into Talent or another VCU system that uses single sign on first and then access the Talent career site. Doing so will automatically log them into the career site because they have already logged in to VCU's network with their eID and password.

VCU employees will open the career site and, if they aren't automatically logged in, they will try to login manually via this screen.


This sign in screen is for applicants applying with a personal email address. However, VCU employees will put in their VCU email address and their eID password and receive a login error.


To fix this, they need to login to Talent (https://vcu.csod.com) or another VCU system that uses single sign on if they don't have access to the employee view of Talent. Then, they can open the career site in the same browser and it will automatically log them in with their eID and password. They will see this screen:
