Jotform Sentbox Guide

To access the details and approval status of future submissions, the Jotform Sentbox must be first established by assigning the forms to your SSO login at vcu.jotform.com

  1. Log in with SSO to vcu.jotform.com
  2. Click each of the links below to assign the respective action types to your Jotform Account. **Note - you will need to ensure you are logged into vcu.jotform.com for the forms to properly assign.
    1. Change to Current Position
    2. Change to New Position
    3. Secondary Assignment
    4. Special Rate
    5. GA / EX Hire
  3. Confirm that each form has been assigned to you by visiting vcu.jotform.com and selecting the “Assigned Forms” tab on the left side of the screen. The name of each action type should appear with options to view your submissions on the right side of the screen. 



    1. After selecting the desired action type and submission option you will be routed to the “Sentbox” for that action type. Any actions you submit from the time forms are assigned forward will be viewable by scrolling along the left hand side of your screen.
