Administrative Level

 

Overview

Administrative levels are used to group designated types of administrative faculty for a variety of important internal and external reporting purposes, as well as for internal communications. Therefore, maintaining accurate lists is imperative. A code only needs to be provided for faculty with administrative responsibilities at the level of Asst/Assoc Department Chair and above. Questions about how to categorize administrative faculty should be referred to the respective senior vice president's office.

How to Enter or Update Administrative Level in Banner

  1. Log into Banner with your username and password.

  2. In the Go To… Box type Administrative Level (or ADMNLVL) and hit enter.

  3. Type in the Banner ID for the employee that you wish to update and hit enter or click Go. 

  4. Click the ... to view a list of codes, and choose the correct code by double clicking. 

  5. Click Save.
