Salaried Non-Benefited ePAFs

There are the main type of Salaried Non-Benefited ePAF is a Contract Renewal ePAF. These are separated into two specific ePAFS:

• AJREN: used for Adjuncts

• GREN: used for Graduate Assistants

These ePAFs are only to be used to reactivate a position that an employee has previously held in the same timesheet org. 

If the employee has not previously held a position in the position number or timesheet org before, you will need to complete a Job Change New Position Jotform PAF. Jotform instructions can be found here: JotForm PAF
